Graceland diabetes foundation is an international charity with UK charity registration number 1184041.

We provide support to people living with diabetes and those at risk of developing diabetes among the black ethnic minority in UK by Creating diabetes educational/awareness campaign. Focusing on symptoms, prevention, complications, diet and good diabetes self management.

We focus on education/awareness campaign symptom, prevention, complications, diet and improved diabetes self management. Our Free services includes: consultancy, treatment, canceling, weight management, dietary training, treatment payment information and referral.

In the UK, the Graceland Diabetes Foundation focuses on diabetes education/awareness that supports people living with diabetes and those that are at risk of developing diabetes.

Graceland Diabetes Foundation is a member of World Association of Non-Governmental Organization. The foundation has been in operation since 2008, providing support for people suffering from these ailments.  A life saving programme through pioneering resources, free BSL check (blood sugar level), BP check with treatment payment information and diet advice.

Our start up point was in inaugural program at the Redeemed Christian Church of God. Where we provideded a free public screening, education/awareness campaign, Consultancy, treatment and diet support to Church members and people from various communities.

Thereafter we moved to other places preceded with public sensitization in the media, reaching communities which would otherwise have difficulty accessing such life saving programmes.
